Species Royalty

I support an amendment to the US constitution that recognizes four basic rights for sentient animals. They are: The right to exist. The right to a place to exist. The right to be free of human cruelty, subjugation and exploitation. The right to their own intrinsic intellectual property.

 

I realize human society just isn’t there yet but it doesn’t mean I can’t advocate for the type of societal changes that would see the integration of all sentient living things into western jurisprudence to bring about a moral reckoning now lacking and without which, will cause and continue to cause the extirpation of countless life forms because of their perceived lack of worth.

 

Species Royalty is the insistence of these rights and when humans do utilize for profit, a species’ images, traits and characteristics both genetic and physically evolved, that they pay homage in the form of royalties that a legal guardian may administer to support the continued existence and thriving of said specie.
